What is Brow Lift surgery?
A brow lift surgery, commonly known as a forehead lift, is a plastic surgery procedure that lifts the face above the eyes to give a refreshed and young appearance. Soft tissues in the brow tends to deflate with age. This surgery removes the excess sagging and re-positions the underlying tissues and muscles.

Different Techniques of Brow Lift Surgery:
Endoscopic Brow Lift:
This procedure is less invasive than earlier techniques and can give the desired result. In this procedure, a series of short incisions are made behind the hairline, and then the underlying tissues and muscles are lifted and re-positioned using a special tiny camera, to create a more youthful appearance.
Classic or Coronal Brow Lift:
This technique for brow lift is now out of fashion and almost obsolete as latest techniques help to get the desired result with less invasive methods. A long incision is made from ear to ear and excess skin, fat and tissues are removed and then the brow muscles and skin are re-positioned for a younger look.
Temporal or Limited Incision Brow Lift:
This procedure involves slightly longer incisions than in an Endoscopic Brow Lift surgery. Temporal or Limited Incision Brow Lift is mostly performed in conjunction with eyelid surgery. About one inch long incisions are made just above the temple and through these incisions, the tissues and muscles of the outer brow area are lifted and re-positioned.

Botox is another option to Brow Lift surgery, but, its results are mostly subtle and short term. They can result in slight elevation of the eyebrows and gives you brow lift effect but Botox injections have to be repeated at regular intervals.
