During this surgery, the excess tissue is cut and shortened from the uneven or larger inner vaginal lips. The incision sight depends on many individual and important factors like the configuration, texture and size of the inner and outer labia.
Adding to this, if needed, the outer vaginal lips or labia majora can be reduced with liposuction or surgery.
